  Bowzzer (Eric) was not reliable, rude and arrogant. Practically zero communication to text messages and phone calls. Changed arrival time throughout the day; eventually arrived at 730pm. The job was not completed. They were supposed to return first thing in the next morning to complete the job but never returned. Bowzzer was paid for the entire job; we are working to receive our money back. We had to scramble to get another mover to complete the job. ZJ Services was outstanding!

  Extremely Disappointed – Poor Planning and Execution I scheduled a move involving 5 U-boxes filled with household furniture, clothing, and decor. I clearly communicated via email that the delivery and unloading would include large items like a sofa, dining table with chairs, and three queen beds with frames — including an iron canopy and an adjustable bed frame with a wooden headboard and footboard that required assembly. Despite this, the company sent only one mover to handle the entire job. One person to unload and assemble furniture from FIVE boxes? Completely unacceptable and unsafe. The mover did their best, but it was obvious from the start that this was a job for a team — not a solo worker. This lack of preparation caused major delays and unnecessary stress. The move ended up taking over 11 hours because the mover had to deliver and unload one U-box at a time, then drive 12 miles back to the U-Haul storage facility to retrieve the next box — repeating this process five times.
